Kelly and Jane were there for each other through it all—from the day they each started their own groups to the year Jonay joined her mother’s team to learn the family business. When Jane retired in 2015, Jonay followed in her mother’s footsteps, assuming the role of team leader with the full support of Kelly behind her. Six years later, Kelly and Jonay decided to bring their shared story full circle by formalizing the partnership that first formed decades before.
